My name is Francesco Emilio D'Oriano. I come from a family of restaurateurs like my Aunt Teresa and my Father Emilio. Our "Trattoria del Sub" in Palau, Sardinia (in front of La Maddalena island) has been present in 1994 on the Italian Slow Food Guide, section Sardinia. My father Emilio was cook for a long time on Amerigo Vespucci. Now I'm the continuing of the family tradition. He specializes in Tuscan cuisine (because I currently live in Livorno - my city), cuisine of Sardinia (because my father was Sardinian) and Sicilian food (given the presence of relatives in Sicily). They are also Sommelier FISAR Livorno silver chalice with 34 services assets.
