I live in beautiful Pemberton bc Canada.With my husband two dogs and two horses.I enjoy riding my horse,fishing,organic gardening and I have a passion for cooking,baking and mushroom foraging in the forest.My cooking style is classic country homecooking with French and Irish influences.And I love Italian food.Looking forward to sharing recipes and learning new cooking techniques.Cheers!

3 different types of tomatoes,red celery,2 kinds of beets,red and green peppers,garlic chives,cucumber,jalapeño peppers.And planting potatoes,carrots,beans,peas,lettuce and spinach.And I got the corn patch planted:)

Organic rye flour 1 cup and spring water 1cup mixed and in warm spot covered then fed daily 1/3 cup white flour and 1/3 cup spring water.

Yes, you did. I really wanted to make stew today, but didn´t have any beef/meat on hand (I had to settle for split pea soup - which was really good though). But lucky you.
