Fantastic days in Turin

The Italians showed once again that they appreciate Norwegian baccalà

This year Slow Food celebrated not less than two anniversaries. 30 years as an organization, and the fair in Turin, Salone del Gusto, celebrated 20 years. Previously the fair has been held indoors in large halls. This year organizer moved the event outdoors to Turin's most famous and symbolic streets and places. From Thursday 22 to Monday 26 September, we and other food producers from 150 countries was placed in Valentino Park.

Most of the time it was very crowded around our stand, and Italians also this year's expressed their passion and joy of being able to buy quality Norwegian salted and dried cod fish. This year we brought a record amount of our product to the fair, but despite this we were during Monday out of stock.
